Highest paying jobs are always those in high demand .In UAE, there are a number of jobs that pay extremely well especially for experienced professionals.
Nobody wants to be paid peanuts, everyone is busy searching for high paying jobs. In 2022, the following jobs were found to be the highest paying ones in UAE:
- CEO
Chief Executive Officers in top companies earn as high as AED 100,000.It’s rare to find a CEO earning less than AED 30,000 per month. But for one to get such huge pay, they must be competent enough. High paying CEO jobs require experience of at least 10 years. Those with MBA and other managerial professional qualifications are at pole position to get paid better than those with low qualifications.
- University lecturers
University Lecturers earn as high as AED 70,000 per month depending on the level of experience and skills. Those with PhD qualifications earn the most. University lecturers in UAE earn AED 25,000 to AED 80,000 per month.
- Lawyers
Another career that pays handsomely is law. A lawyer with over 5 years of experience earns at least AED 20,000 per month. The more experience you get as a lawyer the more money you make. If you get a job with multinationals, you’ll earn upwards of AED 50,000 per month.
- Medical Doctor
A Medical Doctor earns upwards of AED 30,000 per month. But the salary earned depend on where one works and the experience accumulated. There are Medical Doctors who take home above AED 70,000 per month, especially those specialized in Neurosurgery.
- Human Resource Director
The work of human resource is to hire, fire and ensure the workers’ welfare is catered for. This position is very sensitive and influential in any organization. It’s because of this that their pay is goos.HR Directors and Managers earn upwards of AED 20,000 per month. Some even pocket as high as AED 60,000 especially those in organizations with high number of workforce.
- Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Chief Finance Officers earn AED 20,000 to AED 70,000 per month. These are professionals who control and oversee the finances of a company, their position is strategic. They have to be renumerated well in order to safeguard the finances of a company and ensure prosperity.
- Actuary
Actuaries assess risks, help insurance companies with underwriting duties and also provide expertise in pension and retirement matters. Their salary is as par with Chief Finance Officers and CEOs of companies. The salary of a Pilot in UAE ranges between AED 16,000 and AED 65,000 per month. It’s paid depending on one’s title and experience. Pilots fresh from college earn as little as AED 10,000 per month but those with substantial amount of experience earn over AED 30,000 monthly. Most pilots earn based on the number of hours they fly.

Sales Managers make AED 20,000 to AED 50,000 per month depending on where they work. The good thing with this job is that there are also commissions which are paid if one meets or exceeds the targets.
