- 2nd Class Bachelors Degree (Lower Division) in a relevant area of study with at least two years of post-qualification work experience or with a relevant postgraduate diploma from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Pass and a Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field.
Masters of Science in Human Resource Management
Minimum entry requirements:
- At least a 2nd class honours Bachelors degree (Upper Division) in a relevant area from a recognized University OR
- 2nd Class Bachelors degree (Lower Division) in a relevant field with at least two years post qualification experience OR
- A 2nd Class Bachelors degree (Lower Division) with a relevant postgraduate diploma from a recognized Institution with relevant work experience or research publication.

- Bachelors degree with at least a lower 2nd class honours from a recognized University OR
