KPMG graduate trainee salary in Kenya

KPMG employs graduate trainees in Kenya almost annually. The graduate trainee salaries range between Ksh 60,000 and Ksh120, 000 per month. During first year of training, the salary range between Ksh60, 000 and Ksh 80,000.From the second year, the pay ranges between Ksh80,000 and Ksh 120,000.

Graduate Trainee program takes up to 2 years and upon completion, they get confirmed. Upon confirmation, their salaries are adjusted to Ksh 110,000 to Ksh130, 000 per month.

To get graduate trainee position at KPMG, you need to have the following qualifications:

• Age : 21 -26 years
• Second class upper degree – all specialisations
• Graduating Year – the current year or previous year
• Minimum B in KCSE  B with  B in  English and Maths

Since competition for jobs is stiff, those who score first class in university get first priority. For one to be more competitive they must score at least second class upper division and professional courses like CFA,ACCA,CFE or CPA.
