KCB Bank Kenya Direct Sales Representative Salary in Kenya

The salary of Direct Sales Representative at KCB is Ksh 20,000 to Ksh 30,000 per month. Besides earning the basic salary, they are also paid commissions. The commissions depend on the sales you make.

The work of Direct Sales Representatives is to look for people applying for loans, open accounts for people and sell other products for the company. Their work is not as hectic as for those selling insurance products

The Ksh 20000 to Ksh 30,000 monthly salary is gross After deductions, you take home Ksh 16,000 to Ksh 24,000 monthly. This position does not pay allowances.

Direct Sales Representative position is awarded to degree holders especially those with Second Class Upper division. They are recruited on contract basis. Their contracts last between 1 to 3 years which are also renewable based on performance.

Some Direct Sales Representatives are employed on permanent basis and deployed to other departments. If you are employed on permanent basis, your salary is increased to at least Ksh 60,000 per month. This position pays allowances and yearly bonuses.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

For the above position, the successful applicants should:

• Be a recent graduate from a recognized university.
• Have a minimum Mean Grade of C+ in K.C.S.E with a C+ in Mathematics and English.
• Have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Have a passion and commitment to quality service.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
• Experience in sales or client relationship management will be an added advantage.
