Salaries of Graduate Trainees at KCB Bank Uganda

The monthly salary during training is UGX 500,000 to UGX 700,000. After training, they pay UGX 800,000 to UXG 1.2 million per month.

If you work at KCB Bank for more than 3 years,you will earn over UGX 2 million monthly.
