ENA Coach Driver Salary

ENA Coach is one of the best paying bus companies in Kenya. It recruits drivers on regular basis. Most drivers are paid monthly and their basic salary is Ksh 40,000 to Ksh 70,000. Newly recruited drivers earn Ksh 40,000 to Ksh 60,000. Those who have worked there for more than 2 years earn Ksh 60,000 and above per month.

Apart from being paid the basic salary, drivers also earn lunch allowance of Ksh 15,000 per month. Assuming that a driver’s basic salary is Ksh 40,000, if you add Ksh 15,000, the total amount will be Ksh 55,000.

More than 30 % of the drivers are Kisiis because the owner is a Kisii.There are other Luo, Luhya and Kikuyu.

Most of the routes for ENA Coach are based on Nyanza from Nairobi. There are also a couple of buses which go up to Mombasa.

• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• PSV /NTSA a must
• Police clearance certificate (Good Conduct)
• A valid accident free driving License
• Over five years’ experience
• MUST be 35yrs and above of age
• Medical report from renowned Institution including optical
