Embassava Sacco Conductor and Driver Salary

Embassava is one of the Saccos in Nairobi. Drivers and conductors are paid salaries depending on the amount of money they generate each day. In a day,the average salary of a driver is Ksh 1,800 while the average salary of a conductor is Ksh 1,500. In a month,the driver takes home Ksh 54,000 to Ksh 65,000 while the conductor takes home Ksh45,000 to Ksh 55,000. But apart from the salaries they earn,there are other ways they make money. For instance,if the target per day is Ksh 12,000 and they make Ksh 18,000,they will give the vehicle owner Ksh12,000 and share between them Ksh 6,000. But there are days they make less than the target. Due to the extra money they make from the trips,a driver will take home Ksh 60,000 to Ksh70,000 monthly and the conductor’s salary will be Ksh 50,000 and above.

Working in Embassava requires someone who should work under pressure. There are daily and monthly target. If you exceed the target,you can make up to Ksh100,000 per month as a conductor.
