Kenya Airways pays Cabin Crew Ksh70,000 to Ksh 250,000 per month depending on flight hours and experience of the cabin crew. During training, Cabin Crew staff are paid Ksh20, 000 to Ksh40,000 but after training and upon confirmation, their salaries shoot to Ksh 70,000 to Ksh 100,000 per month.

Cabin Crew salaries increase over time and it depends on the distance you cover and the type of plane you are employed to serve. • Ability to swim.
