Kenya Airways pays Cabin Crew Ksh70,000 to Ksh 250,000 per month depending on flight hours and experience of the cabin crew. During training, Cabin Crew staff are paid Ksh20, 000 to Ksh40,000 but after training and upon confirmation, their salaries shoot to Ksh 70,000 to Ksh 100,000 per month.
Cabin Crew salaries increase over time and it depends on the distance you cover and the type of plane you are employed to serve. For instance, if someone is employed to serve a plane from Kenya to Europe, that person will earn Ksh90, 000 plus allowances. To become Cabin Crew at Kenya Airways, you are required to have these qualifications:
- Minimum O-level Mean Grade is C- (Minus) or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum physical height of 5.4 ft (Ladies) or 5.6 ft. ( Gentlemen)
- Ability to swim.
