Basic requirements for drivers

• 3 passport photos(Colored)
• A valid certificate of good conduct
• Driving license (colored)
• NHIF and NSSF cards

Salaries for Super Metro Conductors and Drivers

Super Metro Drivers earn Ksh 60,000 to Ksh 80,000 per month while conductors earn Ksh 45,000 to Ksh 60,000 monthly. But drivers who have worked for the institution for more than 3 years earn Ksh 70,000 to Ksh 120,000 monthly. Experienced conductors earn Ksh 70,000 to Ksh 90,000 monthly.

The company also pays bonuses to conductors and drivers annually where each of them pockets amount equivalent to their salaries.

When working for Super Metro, expect to earn a net salary of not less than Ksh 45,000.
