Bancassurance Direct Sales Representative is a position which is for fresh graduates. Job Requirements:

Salary of Bancassurance Direct Sales at KCB
As a fresh graduate, you are paid Ksh 20,000 to Ksh 30,000 as the starting salary.If you perform well in your first year, the salary is increased to more than Ksh 40,000.
You will also be paid commissions based on the sales you make. This implies that if your salary is Ksh 30,000, the commissions can push it to more than Ksh 50,000.
