Diamond Trust Bank is one of the best paying banks in Kenya. The recruit fresh graduates for the position of Graduate Trainees. The training takes 6 months to 2 years. During the training, monthly salary is Ksh 35,000 to Ksh 55,000. After the training, the trainees are confirmed as permanent employees of DTB.The starting salary after training is Ksh 75,000 to Ksh 90,000.
What are you required to present for employment? Well, you must hold undergraduate degree course with upper second class honors. You should also be 25 years and below.
