Access Bank has over 25 branches, which means that they have more than 500 employees. Salaries for employees are paid based on one’s job title and experience. We had to conduct a survey to determine salaries paid to workers. Below is the summary:

Driver—Ksh 30,000 to Ksh 50,000

Cleaner—Ksh 20,000 to Ksh 30,000

Graduate Trainee—Ksh 55,000 to Ksh 60,000

Credit Manager—Ksh 150,000 to Ksh 200,000

Tellers—Ksh 50,000 to Ksh 70,000

Customer Care—Ksh 45,000 to Ksh 60,000

Supervisor—Ksh 70,000 to Ksh 90,000

Operations Manager—Ksh 120,000 to Ksh 150,000

Branch Manager—Ksh 150,000 to Ksh 250,000

Legal Officer—Ksh 180,000 to Ksh 250,000

IT Officer—Ksh 80,000 to Ksh 110,000

IT Manager—Ksh 150,000 to Ksh 200,000

Direct Sales Representative—Ksh 20,000 to Ksh 30,000

If you join Access Bank as a graduate trainee, don’t expect the salary to rise for the first 2 years. You will be paid Ksh 55,000 to Ksh 60,000 for at least 1 year. After the second year, the salary will be reviewed upwards. With 3-5 years of experience, your pay will range between Ksh 70,000 and Ksh 100,000.
