Graduate Trainee is one of the best positions to apply for in Uganda as a fresh graduate. The starting salary of a Graduate Trainee is UGX 400,000 to Ksh 600,000. The salary remains constant for 1 years. After 1 year, you will be earning UGX 700,000 to UGX 1.5 million per month.

Qualifications
Ensuring our graduates have the correct qualifications, competencies and values is key to the success of our graduate program:
- Must be a Ugandan Citizen & not registered for or completing another graduate program or internship
- Completed undergraduate program between 2020 & 2023 * for anyone graduating in 2023, you must have completed school by September 2022 i.e. awaiting graduation
- Graduated with a 4.0 GPA or above, (First Class / High Second upper)
- Less than 2 years’ work experience
- Any field of study related to our business units is preferred: Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Statistics / Data Science
- Persons with disability encouraged to apply
