Cabin Crew qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum age of 21
- Minimum arm reach of 212 cm
- High School Certificate
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Passion for service and an ability to work as part of a multicultural team
- Excellent health and fitness
- A willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
To stand high chances of securing a position at the arlines, you should not be plus size. Ensure that you always weigh below 60kgs.
Recruitment day
At the Cabin Crew Recruitment Event, you will have the opportunity to submit your CV, meet representatives from Cabin Crew Recruitment and have a one-to-one discussion with a Recruiter. If shortlisted, you will proceed to our Assessment Centre, a process that can take up to three days, so please be flexible in your schedule.

- 1 x copy of the invitation with your applicant ID

Qatar Airways Salaries
Qatar Airways pays Cabin Crew members US$1500 to US$3500 per month. The salaries are paid depending on an employee’s professional experience. The more you stay at the airline, the more salary you get paid.
With at least 5 years of experience at the airline, you will get paid over $2000 monthly. Of course there are bonuses earned by each Cabin Crew depending on the performance of the airline.
