If you are not good in mathematics, there are specific degree courses to pursue. Such courses don’t necessarily require mathematics. Someone might be good in humanities and biology but not good in mathematics. He will select the following courses:
- Bachelor of Food Science
- Bachelor of Sales and marketing
- Bachelor of Law
- Piloting
- Bachelor of Film Production and Animation
- Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing)
- Bachelor of Psychology and Counselling
- Bachelor of Film Production and Animation
- Bachelor of Science Nutrition and Dietetics
- Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Bachelor of Education Arts
- Bachelor of Nursing
I will suggest that you pursue Nursing, Law or Education Arts before going for any other course—any of these 3 courses is powerful. In case you come from a rich family, enrol for Piloting course and earn over Ksh500,000 monthly.
Another area that you should focus on is hotel management and tourism. Any course that deals with hotel and hospitality is marketable.
You can also pursue Bachelor of Commerce course and specialize in marketing. This is a good specialization especially when you want to get a job without connections.
